ShirleyALLENKen, Jo, Steve, Betty and family would like to express their most heartfelt and sincere thanks of appreciation to all relatives, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for the overwhelming tokens of sympathy, cards and letters of condolence and very generous donations to Cancer Research UK received following their recent sad loss of Shirley - a much loved wife, mum, nan and daughter. We would like to take this opportunity of most gratefully thanking all the doctors and staff on both Ward 401 at Derby Royal Infirmary and at Waterhouses Medical Practice for all the wonderful care and attention shown to Shirley throughout her illness. Also we give a special word of thanks to everyone who turned out to support us at the funeral either at Cauldon Churchyard or lined the route for Shirley on her final journey.
